Jewelry Materials & Care
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes! All of our pieces are crafted with premium bases (316L Stainless Steel or 925 Sterling Silver) and are completely free of nickel and lead, making them safe for sensitive skin.
Will the gold plating fade or turn my skin green?
No. We use a high-micron electroplating process with real 18k and 21k gold over stainless steel or sterling silver. This prevents the "green skin" effect caused by cheap brass or copper. We even back our plating with a 1-Year Color Warranty against unusual fading.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?
While our stainless steel bases are highly water-resistant, we recommend taking your jewelry off before showering, swimming (especially in chlorine), or applying perfumes and lotions. This ensures the 18k/21k gold plating stays brilliant for years. Read our full Care Guide for more tips.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but standard shipping across the USA and Canada typically takes 3-7 business days. Express options are available at checkout!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer express shipping to customers across the United States and Canada.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Siwar Gallery pieces. If you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. Please email us immediately via our Contact Page if you need to make a change.
