What is Covered?

  • Unexpected tarnishing or discoloration under normal, everyday wear.

What is Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches or minor scuffs.
  • Breakage, snapped chains, or bent rings caused by accidental damage or mishandling.
  • Tarnishing or fading caused by direct exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., perfumes, bleach, chlorine pools).
  • Lost or stolen items.
